Information we collect

• Account data — phone number, name, and profile details you provide.
• Training and health logs — workouts, meals, weight, sleep, steps, and related entries you choose to record.
• Usage data — device type, app version, crash logs, and approximate analytics needed to run and improve the Services.
• Communications — messages you send us, and coaching or account texts if you opt in.
• Purchase data — if you buy from the shop or subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe, Apple, or Google; we receive order status, not full card numbers.

How we use information

• Provide, sync, and personalize the app (scores, streaks, crew, coaching).
• Send account and coaching messages you requested; you can reply STOP to opt out of texts.
• Process shop orders and subscriptions.
• Secure the Services, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
• Improve product quality with aggregated or de-identified analytics.

Sharing

We do not sell your phone number or personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers who process data for us (hosting, analytics, messaging, payments) under contract.
• Crew features you enable — other members may see your public score, streak, and profile fields you share.
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Retention

We keep account and log data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal obligations. You may request deletion at [email protected].

Your choices

• Update or delete profile data in the app, or email us.
• Opt out of coaching texts with STOP; account-critical messages may still apply where allowed.
• Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data. Contact us to exercise them.

Children

Bullrun is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

International users

We are based in the United States. If you use the Services from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the U.S.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change, and continued use after posting means you accept the revised policy.
