These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of getbullrun.com, the Bullrun mobile application, and related products (the “Services”) operated by TrainTrack LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”). Bullrun is a brand of TrainTrack LLC. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

The Services
Bullrun helps you track training, nutrition, and consistency, optionally with a crew and coaching messages. Features may change. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the Services with reasonable notice when practicable.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login (including phone OTP) secure.
Health disclaimer
Bullrun is not medical advice. Training and nutrition guidance is for general fitness only. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new program. You use the Services at your own risk.
Accounts and messaging
If you opt in to texts, you consent to receive account and coaching messages from Bullrun. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We do not sell your phone number.
Subscriptions and purchases
Paid features may be billed through the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe. Prices and terms shown at checkout apply. Shop orders are also subject to our Refund & Shipping Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services.
- Do not harass other users or post unlawful content in crew features.
- Do not use the Services if you are under 18.
Intellectual property
The Services, Bullrun name, logos, and content are owned by TrainTrack LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You keep ownership of content you submit; you grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the Services.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAINTRACK LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrainTrack LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Kootenai County, Idaho have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on getbullrun.com and update the date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
